Vacuum cleaner deliveries
The cost of your vacuum cleaner includes UK mainland delivery with Citylink.
On acceptance of your order, we aim to deliver the product(s) within 3-5 working days, subject to availability. Please note that there are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas to which we may not be able to deliver within this timescale.
If no-one is in when Citylink call, they will leave a card saying that they have tried to deliver your machine. You must then follow the instructions on the card. Dyson will not pay the cost of a redelivery.
If you have requested that we recycle your old vacuum cleaner, we will contact you by phone to discuss this. Please be aware that this may cause a delay in the despatch of your order.
Please note due to size restrictions we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses.
Accessories and spares deliveries
Orders will be delivered by post and we aim to have the goods delivered to you within 5-7 working days of the acceptance of your order, subject to availability of stock.
All web orders under £25 will incur a £2 postage and handling charge.

Returns
You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after receiving the goods by notifying us in writing either by:
post to the address above, marked for the attention of the Customer Liaison Department; or
fax to 01666 827298 marked for the attention of the Customer Liaison Department; or
email to askdyson@dyson.co.uk.
You must return the goods in their original packaging to us at your expense to: Dyson Accessories, Tetbury Hill, Malmesbury, SN16 ORP. Note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we might not be able to accept their return. Otherwise, we will refund the full purchase price to you (excluding delivery charges) to the card you originally used for the purchase.
Goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the goods to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the goods to us.
30 day money back guarantee
This offer starts on Monday 3rd November and ends Monday 1st December 2008. Customers must buy their machine before the end date to be eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee. This offer only applies to DC22, DC24, DC25 sales through dyson.co.uk.
If you do decide the vacuum cleaner isn’t for you, you must contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase of the vacuum cleaner. Please keep your receipt as a proof of purchase. You can contact us by sending us a letter at the above address and marked for the attention of the Customer Liaison Department; or
By fax to the following number 01666 827298 and marked for the attention of the Customer Liaison Department; or
By emailing us at askdyson@dyson.co.uk.
We will then liaise with you to arrange for a courier to pick up the vacuum cleaner. We will pay for the courier costs. Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition. Note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods or if the goods are damaged whilst in your control, we will not accept their return or refund you. Otherwise, we will refund the full purchase price to you on the card you originally used for the purchase, on receipt of the machine.
DC16 Next day delivery
We use the Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For™ service to despatch DC16 orders.
For orders made before 1.00pm, we will aim to deliver the next working day.
Orders made after 1.00pm will be processed and despatched the following working day.
We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday, so they will be despatched on Monday.

Items must be signed for; if no-one is at home you will be left a card with information on re-arranging delivery or collecting your order. Photo identification will be required on collection of your order.
Please note: next day delivery is not available on refurbished models.
During the Christmas period DC16 Next Day Delivery service maybe disrupted on orders made between 19th December to 22nd December 2008. Normal service will resume on orders made from the 29th December 2008.
